Tracker South Africa shocking methods,

Was a long time client of tracker. Have recently terminated my contract however for months they have continued to debit my account for large unusual amounts. I keep trying to stop it and they keep debiting. Always random amounts. When trying to resolve this with Tracker they keep reiterating that they have stopped all debits. Only to find at the ends of the month this is nonsense. They send you from pillar to post with no resolve. There latest move is charging me for a tracking device which I haven’t even installed on my car. They keep advising that I have and when I ask them okay if that’s the case tell me where the vehicle is right now as you should be able to pick it up on your satellite. I get placed on hold then they hang up the call. A complete disgrace from what was once a good company with good service. This is definitely not the case anymore
