I'm with TrackerSA and my tracker last worked on the17th of February 2023 ever since then I have been trying to get hold them to help me fix the issue but they would respond to email saying they'll book an appointment but every two months they debit the money it's been one full year of paying for something that I'm not using, I did I say they deduct after two months is because even if there's money on my account they don't take it monthly they would take it the following month for two months with interest claiming i “missed” my payment I have tried I could do but they ignore me please help me
