<p>I reported a missing vehicle with tracker last on Friday and they only gave me an update at around 20h00 and there was no further feedback until I contacted them on Wednesday the 18 May 2016 and they said they have not been be able to locate the vehicle whilst the vehicle was towed to unique bodywork as it was involved in an accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>due to the fact that I have been paying for a unit which could not assist me when I needed their help I decided to cancel my subscription and now the want to charge me early cancellation fee whereas I am canceling it due to their failure to provide the service.</p>

I am not pleased with the response Shelina Naido is giving as she is not giving the exact reason why their equipmeñt installed in my vehicle that I have been paying couldn't work at the time of need meaning my payments were wasteful and fruitless and the company is busy penalising me for theìr failure to provide services that there were in our agreement.
The company's behaviour is tantamount to breach of contract and why I cannot claim compensation for breach of contract.
