Tracker Smartgeyser administered by Sensor Networks

Tracker Smartgeyser managed and administered by Sensor Networks. I'm currently being sent from pillar to post about the technical glitches we've been experiencing with the Tracker Smartgeyser App. It's now the 3rd time and there's just no support from both Tracker and their product technicians from Sensor Network. Tracker can send me a copy of my Contract because the Supervisor is on sick leave. That's what I've been told right now.
