Tracker sheer ***********

I have requested several times in vain that my Tracker option be downgraded. Mr Tebello Molefe after my complaints on Hellopeter contacted me and confirmed that it would be done. It was done for one month, but lo and behold the next month the old full amount was again deducted! I emailed Mr Molefe again requesting that this be corrected, but after two weeks no reply. If Tracker can't even process a simple transaction like this, sheer incompetence seems to be an appropriate description of Tracker.
