Tracker service unacceptable

First time user of a tracker. Bought a new car, thought it sounded like a good idea. They installed the tracker and all seemed to work well for a few days. Then it stopped recording where the car was and the trip log was only updated at the end of the day. Put in a fault and they said to get a screenshot of the problem. Did that and they closed the fault without resolving it. I'm so unhappy. Want to get out of this 3 year contract in month 1. Please use another Tracker company. This one is terrible and expensive
