Tracker Service is Not up To Scratch

I had a call from a lady at customer services, Chennel who promised she will call me back after scheduling the tracker installation for me. i also had a call from Sweetness from the cancellations department who refused to give me the name of the person that i spoke to. By exposing this poor Service from Tracker is the only way to get them to respond to my queries and issues i currently have with Tracker. I will receive a call from the customer services department and my request or my requirements will still not be met. The Call Centre does not seem to have qualified consultants to deal with issues. Let our experiences be a lesson to all new customers wanting to sign up with a company like Tracker.
