Tracker sells you products that do not work.

Recently bought a vehicle with a Tracker care unit installed. The only reason I took this product was because it was installed in the vehicle. After about a week I got sent a new key fob, when trying to pair it I noticed that my tracking device has not updated since March, almost 4 months before I bought this car. concerningly, Tracker issued an installation certificate without even checking if the unit is working, and ironically enough they could not even track that the unit was not working, and would not have had I not phoned them. Been phoning them consistently this week to have the issue fixed only to be promised I will be phoned back, and no one does. The only time they actually did anything was when I was through to the retentions department to cancel the product, which never worked in the first place. Terrible product, terrible service, terrible customer care.
