Tracker Security Button Not Working

<p>We had a tracker product installed which includes the assistance button. After the installation the team did not show where the button was to my wife and when I tried to find it I located 2 buttons, despite there only should be 1. It turned out that none of these buttons worked so they sent someone out to 'fix' it. Despite someone coming to fix it they did not test the button with my wife before leaving and it again it now turns out it is not working. This adds to my initial experience when I had my car tracker installed they sent out 2 teams to do the install. It just seems that this company is very unorganized, as these things should not happen. I also have concerns about product quality as you expect the assistance button to work, so when we need it how will we actually know it is working. Very concerning.</p>
