Tracker secrets

I got tracker fitted on my car last year February. I bought a new car this month and wanted to transfer or cancel tracker and get a new fitment on my new car. Khanyisa the consultant told me that I would have to pay R1 200.00 to cancel my contract and R700.00 to transfer it, this is for a service that I am paying R120.00 per month. I asked her if no one could have said this to me when I got it the first time, she said "no, probably not". If I knew that I would be charged to transfer I "probably" would not have taken it. Tracker was not clear with me from the beginning. Now I am paying tracker for someone else who is enjoying my previous car.
