TRACKER SA - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I want to express my ultimate dissatisfaction with my experience with TrackerSA for their poor service. My vehicle is at the Chery service center for 9 working days now for a flat battery that is just over a year old after the technicians discovered that the reason being that Tracker installed the device wrongly and that caused the battery to run flat and leave my wife stranded next to the road.

After numerous calls every single day to TrackerSA , for 9 days in a row now, asking when they are going to look into this problem, everytime I have to hear that they will send out a technician to assess the situation.

They are quick to take your money, but when they need to help you, they don't give a damn. And then they have the audacity to tell me if it is not their fault, they are going to bill me !! So if it IS THEIR FAULT - will I be able to BILL THEM ??? because I need to buy a new battery now @ +- R2500 !!

Don't deal with Tracker ever in your life - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
