Tracker SA waste of service

I had a tracker installed 3 days ago. Every day I get a reading of just a street name or roads away as in 3 x roads away from the location where the vehicle is parked. Iv called the call center 3 x and they said that’s how it works. My apple watch find my family gives me the exact location. What am I paying for? I can’t find the location of my child in an emergency hence having one installed as she just got her drivers. How do you dispatch emergency or road side assist when it’s indicating a different location. How can tracker GOS not indicate exact location? Has anyone experienced this? What’s the point of this service ? Shocking service what a waste of a service no assistance been told this is how it works. Do we can’t tell you the location incase of emergency!!!
