TRACKER SA: Pathetic service

I will NEVER recommend Tracker as a satellite tracking device on any vehicle to anyone. Devices are unreliable, service is beyond pathetic. I have tried for more than 2 months to cancel subscription on two vehicles, only maintaining subscription on a third vehicle. Either their consultants are totally illiterate or *********** or both. Letting your phone ring twice is considered an attempt from their side to contact you, followed up by a sms that billing will continue as per normal. The device on the only vehicle I attempt to keep covered, is cancelled. This is a convenient way of ignoring you as customer and collecting monthly fees whilst billing continues to enrich themselves. They cannot provide prove of any agreement that allegedly runs more than 12 months. The device on one vehicle goes off without the vehicle being used or even touched. Their solution: take it in to have it tested / replaced at yet another cost to ME!!!!! Trying to phone them on the number THEY provide in emails, prove to be incorrect so the customer has to phone again at his costs, only to be advised that it is not the number for cancellations. Their excuse, they only have one cancellation number and limited staff!!!! If and when you manage to get through, it sounds like the consultant is at a party, finds your situation funny and as if under the influence?!! Using the app is absolutely no use either. Automated responses is exactly that: just a number assigned without any professional handling of my numerous requests. I will make it my personal mission to use social media and every other platform to prove to TRACKER how much damage ONE individual can cause to their reputation seeing that they find it professional to ignore numerous attempts to handle this amicably. As a pensioner I have 24 hours a day to keep this going until resolved satisfactorily. I will not go away quietly.
