Tracker SA is the worst tracking service in South Africa

Tracker SA installed their tracker where they shouldn’t have, this caused the engine light to be on. VW advised Tracker SA should remove and re-fit it elsewhere. It took me a week to try get a booking with tracker and when I eventually got a hold of them they said a technician would only be available after a week to do the re-fitting. The customer service is genuinely awful, the app would take 5 days without updating meaning if they would ***** your car you wouldn’t have the accurate location , the app is actually the worst because it updates every two hours, it defeats the purpose, a lot can happen in two hours. Tracker SA genuinely the worst. Please please look for other alternatives to help you with a tracking service.
