Tracker SA can not find my ****** car via sat.

Hi. My car was ****** today. It is fitted with a tracker tracking unit. After 5 hours with no feedback I had to call Tracker to find out what is going on. The lady informed me that the only way they can trace my car was to use others like police with units installed. O.m.w. hello we have more technology than that. They can not even tell me if my unit is sending a signal! So yes 1 x car gone. Sure they can come up with better stories? Because of them I will not see my car again and I will never ever make use of them again.
