I was hijcked on Friday 7th January 2022, when my wife realized that i was not home at 2pm and my phone was going to voicemail, she phoned tracker and told them that she is worried as i have not come home yet and my phone is going to voicemail which is unlike me, the lady asked her for my ID number looked on the system and simply told her that they cannot help her because she is not on the system, my wife was in complete shock, they did not even offer to look into it or discuss with a supervisor, they cleaned out my bank accounts which had both my pension fund and my wife's, they took everything, i managed to get away but it could have gone so wrong, they could have killed me and all that tracker could say was sorry you are not on the system we cannot help you. We were busy with immigrating and now our dreams have been crushed, because they refused to act or try and help, my wife contacted tracker and all they said was they would listen to the recording and get back to us, we are still waiting.
