Tracker's tracking devices battery draining my cars battery

<p>I have called Tracker’s technical department 3 times this past 2 weeks and I have received absolutely now joy. The reason I have called is because that the Tracker unit in my car’s battery is dead and it is causing my cars battery to die every 3 hours and I am having to jump start the car all the time. I have had to buy 2 new batteries in the past year due to this.</p> <p>Everytime I call Tracker the operator tells me that she will get a technician to call me to schedule an appointment to come out to test the unit but nobody’s calls me.</p> <p>These are the calls I made: </p> <p>15 June 2016 @ 15:34pm, spoke to Zanele</p> <p>24 June 2016 @ 08:34am, spoke to Jamie</p> <p>28 June 2016 @ 08:35am, spoke to Lizzy……all 3 of these operators ensured that someone would call me back but I received no call.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
