Tracker: rude, unprofessional and attitude consultant!!!

I cancelled a tracking device to one of my cars in Jan, since I sold the car. Trackers just sent me a statement for this month and only to find that the device is still not cancelled. I spoke this this lady now who’s very rude, unprofessional and a stinky attitude. She was screaming at me and told me that I’m not the only client they have, so meaning that Tracker doesn’t see it’s clients as important. I’m gonna can cancel all my cars for that matter.
