Tracker Response (only logging of vehicle trips) is A USELESS PRODUCT!
This product is basically of ZERO value, since their website is USELESS and when you are requiring assistance the idiots think it is very funny to shunt you around and provide no help whatsoever! Just DON'T use this product because you will be faced with the WORST SA can provide! You pay monthly your premium, BUT that is all you will get out of these people, they take money but have no concept of what "customer service" means. Spare yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a similar product!

This was now the last straw, I am soon leaving this company and trying to find another way to successfully log and organize my trips into business or private :(
So for those reading this I really want to spare you the frustration and time wasting to get a product to work, just move on from the beginning!
