Tracker refusing to cancel service and ignoring communication!

Hi...I was ignored when I cancelled my tracker service and when I again wrote requesting cancellation, you rejected my request because there were multiple requests.

I was given the 086... number which doesn't work and I have a screenshot to show that the number is invalid.

I called the emergency number and was given the email address of the cancellations department and I wrote to cancel. I also asked them to phone me to confirm cancellation. They said they called but they didn't because there was no missed call in my call log. An email followed saying my request was cancelled - multiple requests.

Please cancel my tracker service with immediate effect. You are preventing me from cancelling and debiting my account monthly.

Don't go for tracker guys....unless you see I have my case resolved!!!
