Tracker refuses to stop my contract.

I am very disappointed and angry at Tracker right now. I sold my car in April 2023 and called Tracker to cancel. They told me my contract was still active and that they’ll keep deducting each month until the end of the contract which was suppose to be end of July 2023.

The debit orders didn’t stop and whenever I called to cancel, they would say the request is being processed but they kept deducting till this day. Out of frustration, I would just reverse my money every time.

This morning I woke up to a deduction of R850,41 which I now cannot reverse. I am soo angry 😡
