Tracker provides disappointing service

I am very disappointed with Tracker. They called me after I expressed interest in fitting a Tracker to my new vehicle. I did so because I have existing systems on my previous cars. They promised me that they will fit it by Thursday. They did not confirm time or place. I received an SMS telling me that I should take it somewhere for fitment. There were 2 different numbers on the 2 SMS's that I received. The SMS did not talk about time or date. In fact, I called those two numbers several times, but the numbers are either non-existent or not working. Now no one from the fitment Centre called me. It is my fear that Tracker will charge me a monthly instalment yet THEY HAVE FAILED TO KEEP ME UPDATED ABOUT THE ACTUAL FITMENT. Are they operating a ****???
