Tracker poor and belittling service

I receive a call to state that my contract is coming to an end. I asked the consultant to please check my pending complaint as I would like that resolve first - I then receive an sms stating that they have made numerous attempts to call me and as a result my device instalment toll continue month to month via debit order - unprofessional! Emails get ignored Calls get passed on to no resolution Don’t be fooled by this brand they are so unhelpful and unprofessional
