Tracker Pathetic Service, I will never refer or consider using them ever again

WORST SERVICE EVER

First time dealing with tracker and in less then a month their unit cost me a new battery, I've escalated this they send there tech and said I wont be charged and then boom I get charged , I contacted the department complained and requested it to be cancelled, they ignore my request , don't debt a few months I thought its cancelled and then boom attorney is calling me , like imagine , I call the call center and explained to them what's going on they advise oh you are handed over but it is still activate, firstly how do you hand over someone but still active on your side ?

I then advise her that this was requested to be cancelled long ago I even sold the car already , her calls are recorded can she please check I requested it , she then say yes she can but do I know when I called , like seriously, firstly your consultants did not put notes as they suppose to now its my duty to remember , I don't work for tracker to remember things that they were suppose to ensure is done.
