Tracker Pathetic
I have been a long standing Tracker customer and pay annually in advance. Getting an invoice for payment is impossible. Now I get a non-pmt notification but no emails or anything.

In today's climate of cybercrime, I am now being called on MY CELL PHONE which I have had since I started with Tracker and then I have to supply private and confidential information on three questions including my ID, email etc. I REFUSE to answer more than two!!
Get voice recognition software.
Tracker needs to VERIFY to me that this is really them. How do I know?

I have prepared a PowerPoint presentation on this matter for Wayne de Nobrega and now they tell me the amount I paid on the clearly marked annual invoice they sent was incorrect. Just how much worse can it get? I doubt I will get a response from the CEO but you never know?
