Tracker online app incredibly slow

The Tracker App is incredibly slow, it keeps hanging and takes forever to register a click. if you keep clicking, it gives you an error message. i've been trying for 4 days to identify the business trips in a single tax year for my tax report, and even though the app is nicely set out, there is something seriously wrong with its operations. Would appreciate it if they can investigate the problem and fix it, since we rely on the Tracker for our Tax travel log. The current unresponsiveness of the app is incredibly frustrating.
