TRACKER NOT WORKING -NO ASSISTANCE

On 5 August I receive an email about no movement tracked on my car for a while, I call Tracker only to find out the tracker is somehow broken, I am than re-assured that someone will contact me in 72 hours to arrange a time to fix the problem. 2 weeks later on 17 august, I call Tracker to inform them that no-one has called, I am re-assured by Brian, that someone will call by 15:00 at 15:30 I call again because still no one has called me. I am re-assured by Ashwyn that someone will call me on the same day, 10 minutes later I get a call on my landline from a lady at tracker requesting me to confirm my cell phone number as the supplier who is to check my car cannot get through, I confirm it. Yet still NO ONE CALLS ME I'm not really sure why I am receiving such horrible service from tracker, if its a subtle hint that you have more than enough customers and no longer need my business the hint is taken. After having called numerous times and still to have no-one attend to my problem, is completely and utterly disgusting, what now must happen if something happens to my car while I am fighting with *********** Tracker staff? anyone looking for a tracker car, stay far away from this company
