Tracker not tracking USELESS
This was an insurance requirement but this product is useless.It worked perfectly for a few days and now it stopped giving me live trip recordings.I spoke to a Technical person who clearly needs to have his head checked out and needs to be educated on the product they sell.28/6/2024 was the last trip update and today is the 2/7/2024.Clearly the product is useless and Insurance companies need to know this.I requested for senior management to call me but they never do.It you thinking of using Tracker please DONT.
