Tracker not responding to a client

On the 30th September2017, I leased two trailers to and had Tracker Connet installed. The client did not honour this lease. We attempted to recover the vehicles in 2020. On advice we contact Tracker and it was requested that we open a case and provide a case number SA***8/2/2020 and recovery case numbers. 1. FKS 376 FS – case number: *** 2. FKS 377 FS – case number: *** Since then, I had no written communication from SAPS nor tracker. We have established that when the trailers were located, the SAPS were told that we owe money to the individual that had the trailers and they could not take any action. All Tracker did inform us that the vehicles were in Vanderbijlpark, however to date they have not recovered our vehicles.

As I have and I am still paying for the tracking off these two vehicles, I would appreciate if you can help me. I need to locate these vehicles for recovery. When they are located, please contact me and the SAPS as I need to be there to ensure the recovery of my property

We have communicated many times with Tracker with no response.
