Tracker not responding since Tuesday.
I have rep**** on thr 20th August 2024 at 10h30 requesring a repair on my tracker device which is not working. It is Friday 16h00 and still waiting. I was told that the last time the Tracker was detected was on the 16th of August. How long does ot take to get back to a customer???
