Tracker not helpfull
After numerous request and emails , we still battle to get contracts cancelled for vehicle that was sold more than 3 years ago. The contracts is alsontaken out in my late father in laws name whom passed away in February 2019. What more must one do to get this sorted out. My father in law himself tried to get this stipped before he died....

13 Aug 2020, 08:59Last week Tracker did phone me back. The agent on call was very helpfull with the change of ownership and cancellation of contracts that has been sold. Unfortunately i received this morning a statement for 1 September via emial with all the vehicles still on my father in laws name - nothing changed. Seems that somewhere along the line the person updating the system did not do their job...feeling frustrated
