Tracker not Active after Payments..

I fell 5months arrears with Tracker as i did not know that no debit deduction was made for this period. Received no statement or email complementing this. I saw that my Tracker Live Map was not working and i contacted the number on app.

The outstanding amount were R637.47 and i made the payment yesterdaymorning at 6am. I am banking with FNB so are Tracker.

I just 14/12/24 12h30 contacted Tracker Customer Service to reactivate my app and he said that he cant as the account is at legal and they dont work Saturdays. My wife is travelling with the vehicle and i dont have any idea if something might happen to her. He told me they are the tracker company and they can track her from their side.

What if she is in a emergency will they do the emergency response aswell as they are live?

I want my app to be activated asap. I am not gonna wait till Monday or Tuesday. Tracker will not know if my vehicle has been hijacked and i wont be aware.
