Tracker not a good company to use

T&C'c!!!!!! Apparently you have to give tracker a calendar month for them to cancel their service, this despite you having sold your car and no longer own the vehicle. The consultant told me " madam, even if you write off your car, you still have to give tracker a calendar month to cancel the contract" so apparently once an invoice has been generated, they are not able to issue credit notes against the invoice and you have to pay. He said that trackers adheres to standards set by finance department, and those are the rules. So I pay for a service that I no longer use... unhelpful and wont use them again.
