Tracker non service delivery!!!!!!

I've been struggling to have tracker stop my old account because I sold the car, I'm charged a seven hundred rand cancelation fee even though I took a new policy with them for my new car, tried calling the contact center for over seven days now, nobody bothers to call back, reply to emails... But they do know how to debit your account, I guess it's the only thing they good at, I just thought that I'd put this out here for puplic to see, unfortunately I have a contract with the money wolves but if I could advice any one out there, if you need a tracking device stay away from tracker because their after sales service is null in void.
