Tracker Nightmare
Worst experience with Tracker!!! My tracker unit was installed on the 1st of March 2022 Where the technician left the steering wheel unlocked. The evening of the 1st my alarm went of suddenly. Car locked as per normal Wednesday the 2nd of March 2022 I roll down my window. To my surprise it does not go up again. My motor running the window is not working Meaning a clear wiring fault that was caused by the attacker technician
I proceeded to call Tracker on the 3rd of March, Where I’m told I will get a call from a quality controller to assist. Been calling since then. A whole weekend passing with my window still not working. Again my safety at hand here! Taken pillar to post! Phone records are proof! Today is the 7th my window still not fixed meaning my work and safety is inconvenienced by Tracker!!!! Spoken to numerous agents who tell me their hands are tied
