Tracker nasty bad service

I have been a customer with tracker from 2014. End of Sep 2022 I received a message that the unit is not working. After repeated calls to tracker a tech eventually comes after 3 weeks. He is more interested in starting the car then testing the unit. After being nasty he leaves. Techs have never started the car to install or fix the unit from 2014. I am paying for no service from Tracker and to make things worst they are being nasty towards me for cancelling the contract due to poor service and are further charging me for next month with the unit not working. To get me to stay on they initially wanted to give me a free month ? I should not be penalised for Car trackers ridiculously lousy service. This also shows their low integrity being nasty. I am so glad i am distancing myself from tracker before anything bad happen to my car.
