Tracker most useless service provider ever

This is the worse tracking company to deal with. I changed vehicles and was told that I still have 1 year left on my current contract. I cannot cancel the contract but can transfer it to another vehicle. I have now been trying to get hold of tracker for a whole week. The call centre phone rings forever. I submitted a query online no response. In fact after submitting an online query I received calls from Netstar and car tracker within minutes saying they see I enquired for tracking services. This morning I finally got hold of someone. The call was cut and I phoned back immediately, guess what no answer. The consultant I spoke to have all my details one would think he will call you back to finish the process. Nope. I suggest to everyone to stay away from this company. They know they have me in a contract for another year so they do not care about my problem at all. I have the insurance company asking me everyday where the certificate is. Tracker I have another vehicle which is with Netstar which I wanted to move to you when the contract ends now but never again. I have another contract with you which will also be gone as soon as my contract expires. I tried to login to my profile this morning on the web all of the sudden I am blocked. You are useless
