tracker more of a rip of then a money saver

so i want to warn people about how tracker works so about more then a year ago i put a tracker in and nobody informed me that the tracker has a warranty of 1 year so the panic button on my unit breaks of a small device the size of a coin i call them and they tell me the unit is out of warranty and i have to pay a call out fee of R580 to have it fix and that is even if i take it to one of their centers , so i must pay R580 for a button which maybe cost like R50 im sorry but that is a rip of so i am cancelling my tracker and if you want your unit back you can come get it if you want me to bring it in i charge a call out fee of R250, if i remove it and you come fetch it the call out fee is still R259. in conclusion don"t trust tracker
