Tracker - Money Making Schemes

<p>i am currently a tracker client, i just purchased a new vehicle and want to move the unit from my old car to my new car. Now i get told i will be charged more than R 1000 to do this (also the amount varies on every phone call) which makes me wonder just how trained the staff actually are. I want to remain a Tracker client ... but this is ridiculious - why can it not just be moved and i continue with my contract. (which i dont even have a copy of)</p> <p>Also please explain this - if i leave the unit in my old car and someone takes the tracker over, they just continue paying and you will install a new unit free of charge in the new vehicle. what is the difference then?? why can it not be moved free of charge?</p> <p>The lack of service and interest shown in resolving my query leaves much to be desired.</p> <p> </p>
