TRACKER LYING ABOUT 36 MONTHS CONTRACT AS NO DOCUMENT SIGN BY CUSTOMER

Complaint for Tracker Want to cancel tracker and tracker told me that is a 36 months contract. I told them I did not signed a contract that says 36 months contract before cancellation. And its funny what the consultant respond she said there's a record that says 36 months and its funny as I didn't join telephonically I went to the shop @ luipaard street in Krugersdorp is a tracker shop. This 36 months contract is new to my eyes. I want tracker to cancel my account with them and stop telling me about 36 months as there's no anywhere I signed for that 36 months contract. Imagine big company like tracker making money by lying to client that there's a record for 36 months. I don't owe tracker this is not a credit tracker stop lying about 36 months record contract . This is not how we retain customer and that bad bad bad service for you guys .
