Tracker lousy and poor services

Tracker has to be by far the worst company to do business with. Their paperwork and response is the worst, my car was hijacked and I retrieved it myself i lodged a complaint about the faulty device they installed in my vehicle and till this day lve been told that it will be resolved and someone will contact me. Today marks a 7 months and no communication has happened since then. I eventually sold the car and filled a form for change of ownership it's now two months and they haven't done the change of ownership to the new owner but they are still deducting money from my account. Everything is slow about this company and they seem to put our lives in danger because they make promises they can't keep. I'm very disappointed in this company and very upset 😡. I will be taking this up with the lawyers should this not be solved ASAP. I have all the proof to fight this dispute. Tracker i give you zero stars 🌟 and I will fight with everything to proof that you are the worst company to be dealing with, you never miss the day to take money, if only your response was as quick as when you come and install your lousy unit that put my family in danger. Expensive good for nothing company with lazy 😴 workers.
