Tracker lies about deactivating a unit

I reported before that my car did not want to start and it seemed to be because of the tracker unit. Which I asked to have removed. I paid for cancelation. And disconnected the tracker only to find my car not starting still. I called in to confirm that the unit is disconnected on the tracker system and was told twice it is. Bt yet today while my car. Still does not want to start I get a sms and email from tracker saying they notice on the system that my unit is not picking up movement on my car......??????? My car is now at a workshop to establish why it's not starting yet after it stopped starting after receiving a call from tracker while I was removng the unit.
