Tracker is very useless

I'm very unhappy with this company and I will not recommend it to anybody.

Im currently a tracker client, so I contacted Tracker Alberton on Tuesday and I wanted them to install a panic button so they promised to do that at 15:00 that day, when I got there I was told they did not have keypads so I was told to come back on Wednesday same time which I did then I was told the keypad doesn't connect to the button then I was told that they can only call thier head office so that they can try call me or help them again I was told to home back on Thursday but now this morning when I call then still they have not found a solution they promised to call me after an hour which they did not, I had to call them still Im told that they are still waiting for the head office. I got the name of the manager which I tried to get in contact with them, I got through to Boitumelo who made me to hold for 20minutes then I called again then I got through to Valentia who advised me that Boitumelo is busy, I then asked for the manager then she told me to hold which I did for another 20 minutes then I decided to hang up.

As I write this review nobody has contacted me regarding this issue, when I try to cancel they want me to pay cancellation fee but why do I have to pay it if they are the ones that can't provide the services I wanted.

I have lost business as this car is what I make my living with so for 3 days I have been waiting for Tracker.

This company is really not reliable I would not recommend people to use them.
