Tracker is useless

I am VERY unhappy with tracker! Since the day tracker phoned me for a tracker device there were problems, ongoing problems, and now when I tried to test the panic button, it does not work, and have pressed it a few times for a week and still tracker does not phone me, but I MUST pay for the service and extra because of the extra benefits I get with this tracker care package, but it does not work, and NOBODY can help me, so now I must wait untill monday before someone might help me, so I am to afraid to drive, because if I came in an accident tracker is NOT going to phone me even though I am paying for the service where there is NOTHING! I can’t go to the store because if someone try to steel my bakkie tracker will not phone me even though I am paying for THAT service! So then I ask myself, why must I have tracker if there is NO service at all! No one can help me regarding whatever happens with my bakkie, but still, I must pay tracker!! Please send someone to take it out and cancel my service because tracker is a very unsafe company/product!!
