Tracker is useless, don’t waste your time, you paying for nothing

Shocking service from tracker, not only do they not tell us that they not liable for anything should they not track your car, they can’t give you any useful info regarding it, basically we paying for an unknown delivery of a service, they say that they track the vehicle, we don’t know that ... there is no proof of, then when you ask for the one thing they can actually provide “the tracking activation report” they tell you it will take 24 hours, really ? 24 hours to get them to confirm to my insurance that they activated the tracker ?
