Tracker is useless

I currently have two vehicles, with a Tracker recovery unit(s) installed. My one vehicles unit is dysfunctional since 2018, yet I paid every month the full subscription. It was discovered on the 28th January 2022 that this unit is broken. So, Tracker does not want to replace the unit since I only have a month to month contract now. When I spoke to them on the 3rd of February, the call was escalated to seemingly a dead person, since no one has contacted me to remedy the situation. I have again paid this month the full subscription. So this unit is out of order for over 900 days now and Tracker still bills me. I have no doubt that Tracker will not be able to recover my vehicle if ******. Tracker, wake up. You are hopelessly stupid
