Tracker is the worst trust them at your own peril

In December i had a bad experience and called in to get hold of a senior person. She convinced me to go skytrax.<br> As an idiot i trusted tracker again and had the skytrax installed.<br> The first problem i had was in the 1st week when car guard would not activate. A fortune of phone bills later i got hold of the same lady and NOTHING WAS DONE. A while later i managed to activate car guard and did not deactivate it. When starting the car i got an SMS & for the following 3 weeks nothing. I then tried to reactivate car guard and it tells me that my ignition is still on which was strange as i was outside the car with the key in my hand.In this time i also tried to track the car with the internet and came across another problem. The tracker was not updating the position. Again after a fortune of phone bills i got absolutely no where.<br> A while later i tried tracking the car again and the same story - just this time reported it (WOW I HAD TO TELL THEM to Chek) The third time I called the said lady -3 weeks ago. She promised a technician would contact us to repair the unit the same day. 2day according to them i am still on my way to work at 21km per hour at 7:41 am. it is now 9pm. trust them??
