Tracker is shocking

i have send 12 e mails to tracker and received a automated reply with a works order for each one telling me a consultant will contact you.unfortunately nothing has happened. i get told my tracker unit is not working please send contact info which i do.nothing is happening, i take a very dim view of tracker if this is how they operate what will happen if your car gets ****** or hijacked
