On the 12th May 2015 i ensured my vehicle with OUTsurance. I was advised that it was compulsory to add a tracking unit from Tracker Connect. Tracker Connect got in touch with me and had an installation representative come and install the system on the 14 May 2015. On the 8th February 2016 i called Tracker Connect to advise them i am selling my vehicle and need the tracking system removed as the buyer had requested it was removed as one of the sales conditions. I was advised by Mr Lendl Schoeman that he will not be taking the tracking system out as i quote 'Tracker have other methods of retrieving there devices\ and i would need to pay R1856 as i am in a contract with them. i advised Lendl Schoeman that i had not signed a contract or verbally agreed. Mr Lendl insisted i had verbally agreed and he has the recording that he will send me. Instead Lendl emailed me a generic email that was sent out with terms and condition that was never received and probably ended up in my spam folder. I have tried to get an answer from this company daily but only get pushed from one person. I was even sent through to Angie Ndlovu who is at the IT Service desk, she herself has now sent out a help email"
