Tracker is PATHETIC!
Since the installation of my unit in November 2022, I have endless Technical and Financial issues with Tracker. Not one month has gone by that I have not had to phone them and spend at least 30 minutes to sort out problems generated by them. Sometimes it takes 2 calls to sort things out. I have not dealt with a more useless company than Tracker for a very long time. I would not advise anybody to deal with them, there are many very qualified tracking companies in South Africa.
